Heavy Load Leads to Arrest on Water Street
William Cadigan and Jed N Henderson of Water Street and Bridgeport Hotel were stopped by Patrolmen Namara and McCarthy as they staggered under a large cloth bag claimed to contain 190 pounds of lead given by their employer.
