Joseph M. Janosko Jr. of 285 Reeds Lane Stratford was unanimously elected by the Stratford Town Council last night as Registrar of Voters to fill the vacancy caused by the death of Republican Registrar Stephen H. Lucas. After a tied vote and party maneuvering, a second resolution under State election law secured all ten council members voting for Janosko, who will serve until January 1959.
