Ernest G Cushler 62 sought for stock swindle in Connecticut arrested in California by FBI. Indicted by federal grand jury in New Haven Sept 23 1964 on charges of securities violations mail fraud and conspiracy in Cabeza Petroleum stock sales. He posted bond in Oklahoma and failed to appear prompting warrant and extradition to Connecticut for trial.
