Fairfield subdivison stipulations set by planning panel
The Town Plan and Zoning commission approved two subdivision requests Tuesday night. Edmond W. and Barbara Douglello win six-lot Catamount Road subdivision with conditions including grading plans and wetland fill limits. Ansel Gladstein’s six-lot Surrey Street subdivision also required storm drainage upgrades. A third proposal by Robert T. Abilo for a Hemlock Road six-lot subdivision was denied due to encroachment issues.
