Connecticut trolley firm announces a new winter timetable effective September 9 with shortened headways. From New Haven to Devon and Milford routes, early morning departures start at 5 50 a m and run at ten minute intervals until 7 23 a m, then twenty minute gaps until 3 48 p m, then ten minute headways to 6 43 p m. After 11 43 p m service runs every 20 minutes. Milford departures run every half hour from 5 45 a m to 7 15 a m and 2 15 p m to 7 15 p m, with through cars via New Haven to Bridgeport offering Milford residents near continuous service.
