Automobile Mule Case Brought Before Court
A collision on Connecticut avenue June 10 last between a team of mules and an automobile led Louis Diamond of Norwalk to sue Edward Goldsmith of this city for 3500 damages. Diamond says the mules were negligently driven and Goldsmith is responsible. Goldsmith counters with 740, alleging Diamond’s carelessness. Papers were filed yesterday in Common Pleas court.
