Yacht Races Start Off Seaside Park Sunday

The combined fleets of Harbor Yacht Club Greenwich and Larchmont Yacht Club planned a Sunday start at Seaside Park but delays and harbor conditions postponed the event. Barnum Seeley of the city urged adherence to the original plan as committees meet to set the first start. Ships anchor at Black Rock harbor then race to Duck's Island and on to New London to be joined by the New York Yacht Club crew. The next days include multiple races among the three clubs.
