Gustavo Matarazzo, 15, of 38 Clarence Street, fell from the Berkshire Mill dam gates into the Berkshire pond yesterday afternoon. He struck his head on a sunken pile, fractured his skull, and drowned. Companions searched once they noticed he was missing. the body was recovered at 3:25 p.m. by David Goldstein using grappling irons. Medical Examiner M. Gar was on scene as rescuers arrived.
