M Fayden Blames Seeley Board Over Macadam Delay
Alderman MacFayden blames the Board of Apportionment for halting macadam work on Federal Street, saying the committee received only 6500 dollars for water bound macadam this year and most funds are saved for a roadway to the isolation hospital. The committee cannot spend more on macadam roads and streets, but should not be blamed. O A Stevens seeks a wife for marriage aid in Omaha.
