Man and Woman Held For Breach of Peace
Bartholomew Baresky of 09 Tranett street and Annie Bodsky of 439 Steuben street were arrested yesterday morning at Hallett street. Charged with drunkenness and breach of peace, they were said to have been out late and would have ended in trouble if not for police intervention. They will be arraigned in City Court this morning.

Vaudeville Comedian Surprised by Friends at Home
James Thomas the vaudeville comedian visited his parents at 1991 Main Street Saturday and was surprised by a party hosted by friends led by I. DeSimone known as Casey Jones. DeSimone performed with Thomas in cabaret and led an impromptu talent night featuring songs and chatter including My Brother Tony is in the Draft while the Pomposi orchestra provided instrumental music.

Romanian General Assigned to French Front Command
