New York April 19 Directors of the Atlantic Coast Line railroad declared an extra dividend of $1.50 a share on the common stock in addition to the regular semiannual dividend of $3.60 payable July 1. This is the first distribution on the new common stock issued after rights were offered at the rate of one extra share for every five shares held. All directors were reelected. The company reported total assets of $303 million and a profit plus surplus of $92.0 million for the year.
