Washington April 14 The Allied Debt Commission created by Congress to negotiate the funding of the 12 090 000 000 foreign debt to the United States is set to hold its first meeting at the Treasury Tuesday. The gathering will organize and may name Eliot Wadworth as executive secretary of the funding body. If organized, negotiations to fund the demand notes into long term obligations will begin with foreign creditors.
