South Norwalk June 27 Judge Daniel Bradley Jr Fairfield Common Pleas today handed down a decision in the lost will case of the late George Bunnell of Southport. The court found that Mrs. Bunnell did not hold a valid will and rejected her claim that her husband left a copy of the will. The estate totals were not fully disclosed and counsel for Mrs. Bunnell said an appeal would be filed.
