At a Morning Star Lodge gathering officers were nominated for the upcoming term. The Silliman Chapter of D A R and Mary Siritman Chapter arranged a trolley ride to Waterbury and a picnic, with Windsor considered but found too costly. An outing for the Order of Leptosophs is planned for Saturday June 22 in West Haven with a 4 o'clock meeting and banquet.

Johnson Cuts Off Families From Aid Of His Department
Superintendent Johnson of the Charities department told the board he has dropped 10 families from aid and plans to drop 16 more after investigations revealing bank accounts and earning capacity. All Star Bill at Park Theatre Draws Big Crowd
