Rockefellers Suspected in New Haven Aims Proxy Fight

Brokers tied to Standard Oil accumulate shares after prices rose, with William Rockefeller already a New Haven director. Major Morgan figures hold substantial stakes but proxies may shift as dividend policy changes affect investor willingness. Charles M. Pratt is named as a top Rockefeller representative with blocks totaling over 21 thousand shares.
