Local Girl Struck by Taxicab in New York

Joseph Lauzon a brakeman for the New York New Haven Hartford railroad was badly injured near the White Plains depot about six months ago losing use of his right leg. He sued both the railroad and Adams Express for 50000 each, with the jury finding the railroad liable for 25000 and the Adams Express Company blameless. The verdict was delivered in Supreme Court at White Plains with Judge Morschauser presiding. The accident occurred September 27 1912 when an Adams express train car struck a baggage truck on a side track at night.
