Chancery Court Grants Sixteen Divorces in Rankin Case
Chancery court convened with Judge J. L. McCaskill ruling on numerous matters. Fourteen colored and two white couples were granted divorces, while other cases included accounts for estates, land sales, guardianship actions, and a perpetual stock-law injunction cancellation affecting Rankin County.
