Brandon Mississippis 1910 Automobile Permit Ordinance
Motorists in Brandon Mississippi must obtain a permit from the Mayor to operate on town streets. Rules impose speed limit twelve miles per hour, require horn use on turns, front and rear lamps, no unnecessary stopping, and yield to pedestrians and teams. Violations cancel the permit and may incur a fine up to ten dollars, effective May 16, 1910.
