B and N M Trainmen Win Wage Increase
General Manager W H Gemmell posted a bulletin today announcing wage raises for B and N M Railway train crews. Engineers rise from 27 to 30 cents, firemen 18 to 20, conductors 25 to 27, brakemen 17 to 19 cents per hour, effective March 1. The raises follow a request supported by President Merrill and greeted with satisfaction by the men.

Pretty Party by Fifteen Bachelors Draws Big Local Turnout
