Former County School Teacher Dies in Quitman

H. Raly former McCulloch County school teacher and superintendent died Saturday at Quitman. He spent years with the State Department of Education and led McCulloch County schools for a decade. He worked in education, business, and ranching, served in World War I, led the local American Legion post, and held life memberships in national and state teacher associations.
