Brady Considers Franchise for TV Enterprises Tax and Rates
The City Council tentatively approved a new 15 year franchise for TV Enterprises to levy a 2 percent gross receipts tax and allow rate setting by Brady. The deal would make TV Enterprises a public utility like gas and telephone firms and requires insurance, pole rental, and public liability coverage.
