Fifty six Brady High School seniors are candidates for graduation in the Friday night commencement in the BHS auditorium. Mixed Jury Cannot Reach Verdict In Damages Case
A Dallas jury deliberating over a damages suit by Irene Bjornson of Wahpeton against Dallas Miller of Brady deadlocked 10 to 2 after more than five hours. The 35th District Court jury, with four women on the panel for the first time, was dismissed by Judge A O Newman at 5 45 p m. The women denied any responsibility for the deadlock and said they did not hang the jury.
