Reversion Clause Kept in Curtis Field Deed After Talks
The deed for Curtis Field buildings transfers to Intercontinental Manufacturing Company with the reversion clause intact. IMCO pays 65 000, adds three new hangars for Brady aviation, and the city retains ownership if buildings are removed without proper replacement. The sale keeps local jobs and outlines lease-back arrangements with Bray Tex and IMCO.
