Brady judge Roger George dies at 63 in his Brady home
Brady Texas judge and former mayor pro tem Judge Roger George, 63, was found dead at his home Wednesday after notifying a secretary he felt unwell. He served seven years on the Brady City Council and led local civic groups including the Retail Merchants' Association and Lions Club. Survivors include his wife and a son, Jimmy George of Austin. Funeral services are set for Friday at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery.
