Bloomer Lohn Farmer Dies After Heart Attack
C N Bloomer, 56, a Lohn area farmer, died after a heart attack on US 67 near Talpa. He was pronounced dead on arrival at Ballinger Memorial Hospital. Funeral services are set for 2 p.m. Friday in Wilkerson Memorial Chapel with burial in Rest Haven Cemetery. Born July 27 1918 in Richland Springs he spent 45 years farming the Lohn community. Survivors include two sons Phillip and Dale, three brothers Willie Herb Deb, two sisters Jewel and Pearl, and two grandchildren.

M H Turner Dies at 65 in Melvin Texas
Manuel Hughy Turner known as M H Turner, 65, of Melvin died Tuesday in a San Angelo hospital. Funeral services were held Thursday at Day Love Funeral Home in Eden with burial in Eden Cemetery. He was born April 26, 1909 and lived in Melvin most of his life as a farmer. Surviving are his wife, three daughters, a son, his father, a brother, two sisters and 11 grandchildren.
