Brady Independent School District trustees approved one year extensions for Superintendent Carroll Tatom and Athletic Director Paul Jette. First Time Donors Boost Bloodmobile Visit

McCulloch County Commissioners Court named thirty two individuals to the county Museum Board during a regular session in the courthouse. The group includes Alice Glenn Ricks and Wayne Spiller among others and will elect a chairman for a two year term. The court also formed a firefighting equipment committee with Farm Bureau members to study rural needs, reappointed Walter L. Rehab '77 telethon nets Brady man big boost
Chuck Wilson known as The Duke on channel 23 sparked donations at the West Texas Rehabilitation Center Telethon. He pledged 242 from CBers and truckers, then collected 145.67 from the Brady Family Dance Club, totaling 400 from his efforts and local supporters. Wilson, disabled by arthritis, has a son in treatment and credits the CB network with helping others in distress.
