Former Voca Lady Dies In Virginia
Jewel Elaine Clark died at her home in Richmond Virginia on July 19. Born August 19 1931 in Voca she was the daughter of Mary Jane Burns and the late Charles M Burns. She was a 1949 Brady High School graduate and attended Nixon Clay Business College in Austin. She was a Baptist. Survived by husband Charles M Clark Jr daughters Peggy Ann Vanessa Freeda and Nancy mother Mary Jane Burns brothers Wix Jim Marshall Cecil and others sisters Ollie Whitesey Nellie Rieck and Mary Evelyn Lile. Services were July 22 at Providence Baptist Church Northumberland County Virginia with two ministers officiating. Burial followed in the churchyard.
