Rollin M. Squire Sued for Promissory Note Action

The National Shoe and Leather Bank of New York obtained a judgment against ex Commissioner Rollin M. Squire on a $2250 promissory note dated May twentieth, due after three months. Signed by Squire and endorsed by Charles H. Field and Maurice B. Flynn, the note was protested for nonpayment and was later owned by the bank. Field and Flynn were codefendants. Squire offered no defense and judgment was entered against him personally.
