Madrid Sept 23 Marshal Arsenio Martinez de Campos died shortly after 1 am at Zarauz near San Sebastian. Born 1834, he served in Morocco, Cuba, and northern Spain. He helped depose Amadeo, led the Sagunto pronunciamento, led Cuba’s army, held war portfolio, and later governed Madrid and advised the Queen Regent.
