Guilty pleas and fines in city court verdicts

Before Judge Gardner Charles Elliott admitted manslaughter and received four years in state prison. Thomas Flaherty was found not guilty of assault and battery. Annie Lewis pleaded guilty to keeping a house of ill fame and was fined $100 plus costs. Michael Kilroy pleaded guilty to larceny and was fined $20 plus costs. George L Kendall faced a complaint for refusing to deliver milk for analysis. Joseph Gagin pleaded guilty to making a bonfire and was fined $10. Union company sues Whitely over bond and rent dispute
