Little Leslie Bryant Taken South by Fathers Agents

A Boston woman Mrs Mamie Clarkson Bryant is near death after her husband Arthur F Bryant won a divorce and custody of their son Leslie F Bryant. The boy was seized in Medford and forced onto trains to Boston as Mrs Bryant remains in a coma. Doctors say she cannot live and her father vows to seek investigation into the case.

Elisha D Bangs Dies After Runaway and Injury

Elisha D Bangs president of the Boston Stock Exchange died at his Winchester home from tetanus after a compound ankle fracture from a runaway last Saturday. Surgeons failed to save him after amputation. Bangs, a Cape Cod native and Harvard graduate, built a major Boston banking house and was active in financial circles. He left a widow Mrs Walter J Brown, a daughter Georgiana, a granddaughter, a sister in Europe, and a brother in Boston. Funeral services are set for tomorrow noon with Interment at Mt Auburn Cemetery.
