Baby Beheaded by Electric Car in Norwood
In Norwood on September 14 a 15 month old baby, in a carriage driven by the child’s 10 year old sister, was hurled down a hill as the carriage broke free. The car overtook the carriage and crushed the infant under its wheel severing the head. Police report the motorman failed to stop in time.
