Gardner Case Deliberations Conclude In Plymouth Session

In Plymouth on September 3 the Special Session heard Mr Davis argue for Mrs Gardner. He questioned the credibility of tying alleged poison to a slop pail or snow bank and urged the jury to find his client innocent. The government presented its case and the attorney general closed the prosecution after a four hour appeal.
