Highland Cadets Visit Boston For Scottish Clans Outing

The Highland Cadets of Montreal arrive 8 10 AM at Union Station to join American Scottish festivities on Labor Day. They march via Crescent Beach to Oak Grove, then return for a packed evening at the South End grounds featuring drills, music, and a grand parade with local units.

After two weeks of rehearsals Mr Crane and his company present A Virginia Court Ship at Hollis Street Theatre this evening. Eugene W Presbrey wrote the comedy set in three acts with period costumes and a duel scene. Actress Anna Boyd and comedian Joseph H Coyne wed recently in New York. Marie Burroughs resembles Zelle de Lussan but has limited stage time in Robson's The Meddler. Campbell Gollan reprises Arrelsford in Secret Service. The Bostonians feature The Serenade and Robin Hood at Boston Theatre.
