Parading in the Rain as 20000 Business Men Rally in New York

In heavy rain on Oct 28 New York witnessed a massive Democratic business men’s parade. Arrest of a Cossack with Explosives and Poison

St Petersburgh reports a Cossack officer disguise arrested at Kutais station five minutes before the Czars train arrival. He carried handy explosives and poison capsules and tried to poison himself. Labor union condemns pay envelope coercion in payrolls

Buffalo central labor union adopted resolutions denouncing a new method of intimidation by unscrupulous employers. The President and party reached Washington at 12:45 this morning after a five and a half hour trip from New York aboard a special train with baggage and Pullman cars.
