In Dedham court a Quincy plaintiff seeks 15000 dollars for a spine injury and three broken ribs claiming he was kicked out of the defendant Jeremiah Donovan's house after demanding payment from Kennison. Physicians testified to the severity. counsel for plaintiff noted money owed and the alleged assault occurred after the demand. The case, the plaintiff says, was escalated by being kicked and pushed down stairs. The defendant denies the charge and the matter goes over to the following day.
