Exhibition at Agricultural Fair Draws Crowds and Excitement
A large audience attended yesterday's Agricultural Fair at the fair grounds. Weather improved slightly, but receipts fell short of potential. The program featured heavy draft horses and numerous stallions with premiums announced throughout the event, including notable exhibitors from Boston Cambridgeport Natick and Chelsea. An incident occurred when a horse spooked by music dashed into a spectator’s buggy, causing injuries but no serious harm.
