Boy 3 Falls From Roof in Levante Accident Tragedy

Henry Miller Mes, 3, died after falling from a flat roof at his parents' home on North Margin street. He struck the sidewalk thirty feet below and died soon after at Tinkham's undertaking establishment on Howard street. Neighbors say many children played on the roof.

Unknown woman dies en route to station in Pitts Street alley

Officers found a 65 year old woman unconscious in an alley off 19 Pitts street at 8 40 last night. A doctor aboard the patrol wagon declared her dead en route to the station. She likely lived on South Margin or North Margin street.

Sergeant O Nell of Station 3 arrested 33 year old Charles P Hilton on arson charges. He allegedly set a fire at a building on Cambridge Street owned by W K Porter on the 15th of the month.
