Woman in Moriiatic Acid Suicide Sought by City Hospital

A 25 year old woman who came to Boston two days earlier from Providence drank muriatic acid and lies near death at City Hospital. A rooms search found a box marked The Boston Store and a note with the name G. Parkinson 76 Whitmarsh Street. The motive and identity remain unclear.

Woman in Flight Through Cottage Farms and Brookline

Elizabeth Young, recent patient at a Cottage Farms sanitarium, escaped last night disrobing and ran through streets pursued by a crowd. She leaped into the Charica River. a rescuer followed, saved her from drowning, and she was taken to City Hospital before returning to the sanitarium. The husband is a Brooklyn merchant. The case was kept secret by officials and the hospital.

Banker Fredeick H Clark Poisoned Himself at Home

Frederick H Clark a banker from this city and New York took poison at his son Beacon street home yesterday morning. He swallowed a deadly bottle while seeking medicine for a cold and was saved by prompt stimulants and emetics before medical help arrived.

Coping Collapse Injures Man at Harrison Avenue

Early yesterday morning about twenty five feet of the coping on the three story Field Bros building at 60 Harrison Avenue fell three stories onto a bulkhead. Terance P. Mahan aged 55 was struck below in the cellar and received severe leg contusions after medical treatment and removal to City Hospital. He lives at 4 East Dedham Street.

Woman murdered in Dover Street flat one held on murder charge

John Fleetwood age 50 is charged with murder after Catherine McDonald 35 was found dead and brutally mutilated in a Dover street flat where they lived as common law spouses. Witnesses Ashworth 26 and Belair 35 detained. Fleetwood claims another man killed her.

Dewey Departed Amid Vast Crowd After Boston Visit
