Four Boston Men Die in Sudden Death Tragedy
A grim morning in Boston ends in four deaths. James Moore a fresco painter is found dead in the Thorndike House West End with a burning gas stove and gas odor noted though hotel staff doubt it caused death. George Murphy of East Boston reports a body in the upper harbor later identified as Thomas Lewitzski of Chelsea. John Rollinson of Somerville dies of heart failure while transporting to hospital. George Annis of Cambridge Street Place found dead in bed. Authorities treat incidents as natural causes or possible gas exposure with inquiries ongoing.
