Balloon Lands After Four Hour Flight From North Adams

A rough landing was caused by a ground current. Meanwhile a street incident involved a bulldog attacking a poodle carried by Miss Lillian Langweed and Mrs. Byrnes, with scratches and torn clothing to the women.
