Miss Jeanette L Beall of New York a senior at Wellesley announces engagement to Dr B von Wedel of Dobbs Ferry New York a former army lieutenant. Word also reaches classmates that Miss Alice Shumway of Newton married Theodore Walker recently. she belongs to the class of 1918.

Raised Postal Order Scheme Lands Man in Trouble
Arthur Laflame of Providence faced U S commissioner after investigators traced a supposed profit scheme. He allegedly bought a $1 money order under the name Arthur Ledoux and tried to raise it to $100 for payment at Barre Massachusetts. Laflame pleaded not guilty and was held for a later hearing.
