Denial of Canadian Fishery Arbitration Dispatch

Ottawa issues a strong denial of an American press claim that Canadian minister of fisheries sent a proposal to the colonial secretary for a five member arbitration commission. The fake despatch supposedly would include two Canadians two Americans and a French fifth, on a 1554 treaty basis. The government calls the dispatch a pure invention.
