The well known lawyer and mayoral campaign manager Jesse Gove fainted twice on a southbound subway car after a business visit to the South End. Passengers aided him and he regained consciousness on Park Street platform before being taken to a hospital emergency room. He recovered enough to be driven home to East Boston over two hours after the first attack.
