New Haven Man Dies After Falling On Congress Avenue
Michael Fallon was found in a fit on Congress avenue and died an hour after admission to the almshouse. A Yale post mortem by Prof Moses C White found a badly fractured skull from left ear to back of head. Coroner's jury to be empanelled to determine cause.
