Deserting Ward 15 Republicans back Collins in protest

Three members of the Ward 15 Republican ward committee resigned last night in a clash with Mayor Hart s administration. Samuel W. Johnson Horace N. Hatch and J Wilbur Webber cited use of city funds and patronage by Milton C Paige as driving long time Republicans from the party to back General P A Collins in Boston s mayoral race.
