A special citizens committee condemns Everett public schools for dangerous wooden buildings with one exit and overcrowding. It cites half time first graders, lack of playgrounds, poor light and eye strain, and urges unit system schools costing about 260000 dollars plus new eight and eight room buildings in Mt Washington and Winslow districts with land purchases for expansion.

Officials of Kansas State Normal School will file a formal protest against the appearance of a negro football player from Southwestern College in the Thanksgiving Day game at Pittsburg. Every member of the Normal squad urged that a protest be made following a decision reached today.

Court is Found John Courtney at Cohasset

The body of John Jesse Courtney 65 an Imperial Insurance Company of London official was recovered from Little Harbor Cohasset. He disappeared last Saturday leaving letters indicating self harm. Police found weights in pockets init evidence of suicide. He leaves a widow two sons and two daughters.

In Pittsburg suburb Braddock, 35 year old electrician Charles Deitz shot his wife and his mother in law Mrs. Caroline Miller during a visit to her home this morning. Deitz likely to die. both women not seriously hurt.

Michael Fabrizio under indictment for the March 14 1912 murder of Steve Krinsell in Westfield Massachusetts has been arrested in Robarno Italy where he was serving in the army.
