New York November 17 A breeze rose at the Baptist ministers’ meeting as Rev Justin D Fulton condemned Catholics in an essay On a New Opportunity. He praised Dr Burchard for Rain Romanism and Rebellion and claimed Blaine allied with Catholics. Card McCloskey pledged Catholic votes to Blaine, but moderator Morse ruled the statements unproved.
