Robbins allegedly sold 86 grains of morphine sulphate to an habitual user. Back Bay officers Flaherty and Harvey led new arrests as 27 people, 23 women, were tied to the sweep. The State Board of Registration of Medicine and District Attorney Pelletier push prosecutions and possible disbarment.
Democratic leaders predicted California would favor the Democrats as returns from county clerks grew. Sidney M.
