Portsmouth New Hampshire November 9 Private Thomas Johnson of the United States marine guard at the naval prison died by his own hand this forenoon. A prisoner was briefly suspected of murder but Johnson was later cleared.

Death of Kenry Endicott Former Cambridge Business Leader
Kenry Endicott of Cambridge died at his home 151 Brattle Street after a brief illness. Born November 14 1824 in Canton he rose in local business and served as president of Allen & Endicott Building Co Hittinger Fruit Co and director of Cambridge Gas Light and Cambridge Savings Bank. He was a 33rd degree Mason and Grand Master of Massachusetts 1887 to 1889. Survived by his widow Abigail Hastings Browning and daughter Mrs Joseph Mason Marean funeral Wednesday at 2 PM from his residence.
